Making a Reservation

How to make a reservation
Making a reservation with us is easy. To reserve your dates simply call or email us for the latest information on trip availability or visit our schedule page and select the trip that best fits your plans and interests. When you find the right trip, click on the 'Make a Reservation' where you can fill in your information and we'll take care of the rest. We'll contact you to confirm availability of your selected dates then provide you with the cost and amount of deposit. Once we've received your deposit and completed charter document, we'll send you a statement to confirm your reservation. Then together we will begin planning your itinerary and assist with travel arrangements. That's it. All you have to do is enjoy your trip!

Reservations & Cancelations
Your reservation is held for 10 calendar days pending receipt of your 50% deposit. The balance is due by the 90th day prior to departure. Reservations made within 120 days of departure require full payment. Your payment will be refunded less a 10% cancellation fee if cancelled 150 or more days prior to departure. Cancellations 90 to 150 days prior to departure will receive the same refund only if your space is filled. Deposits for cancellation 90 days or less will not be refunded. We strongly recommend trip insurance. A deposit reserves your space. Full payment confirmation protects your fare from any subsequent changes. In the unlikely event we cancel your cruise we will refund 100% of what you paid Alaska Sea Adventures. Direct and Agent Bookings: Alaska Sea Adventures is the central booking agent for the M/V Northern Song and M/V Alaska Legend. Double Occupancy Fares vary according to cabin selection.
